The Personnel provided will be on contractual basis at pre-decided rates.

• The Personnel provided would remain on roles of ACQUIESCENT SUPPORT SECURITY SERVICES LLP. and all their dues will be cleared by the company.

• The Principal Employer will not employ the Personnel provided at least for six months after leaving employment with ACQUIESCENT SUPPORT SECURITY SERVICES LLP.

• The Contract will be normally be for one year, the same can be cancelled with One-month notice by either side.

• The bills will be presented by 1st of every month and will be cleared by 7th of month.

• Any dispute arising will be mutually decided to the result.
